Overpriced and underwhelming

Expensive software with an outdated and cumbersome interface that proceeds to nickle and dime you for each feature that should have been part of the initial purchase. Extra irritating is that the forms aren't even completed properly, requiring me to read through and fill out the form myself. I should have just had a tax preparer do it, or filled out the forms myself directly. Either option would have been cheaper and less frustrating
The ability to import W2 and 1099's directly from the provider was nice, as was the PDF import option even if I did have to correct some data.

This is our second year for choosing your product. The help areas do clarify some of the questions. We submitted our Emile on 1/28 and by 2/1 we had been approved and waiting on the refund. The IRS website says we should have it deposited to our bank account within 10 days. Obviously filing as early as you can is a big bonus plus we used the standard deduction.

Software has glitches,product pricing dishonest

Your program is overpriced and your product price claims are untruthful. Also, I made two distribution withdrawals, and a direct custodian roth conversion, shown on one 1099R. Your software limited me to the entry of only one date, which would result in an inaccuracy. I had to make three data entries which totaled the amount on the 1099R. I used this course of action but none of my entries was equal to the amount on the 1099R except in total, and your interview did not allow me to characterize each distribution or conversion and it's corresponding date accurately.
