I've used this product for years, back when it was called "Tax Cut". For tax year 2023, we had a very complicated return, so we used H&R Block professionals to prepare our tax returns. But for 2024, we are back to using the software.

My apologies, but I do not believe in perfect, however I am more than satisfied with your product for its ease of use, detailed explanations of categories, which is why I keep comming back to it. The only thing that would make it better would be for you to provide a CD with it!!!

Program works great, paying for extras stinks. Had to download a second state which popped up a problem came up and stopped after I paid for it. So I downloaded it again, paying for it first like normal, this time it worked fine. When I looked at my bank account I noticed I got charged twice for the one state. After efiling the return it got rejected because of a bad birthday. Fixed that and efiled a second time and you guessed it the program charged me a second time to send the state. So I was charged twice for that as well.
