Inconvenient

I was able file my federal taxes electronically, but not my state taxes. I had to print it out and mail it in. Why is this? I don't have a printer at home, so I had to go to the store and pay to print out something I should've been able to do electronically. Also, why did I get asked for my direct deposit information when my refund was mailed to me as a check? This software is an unnecessary waste of time and money.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have used HRBlock's tax preparation program for many years. It is so easy and thorough.
Pros: Easy to prepare

Why a convenience fee for e-file using a credit ca

Supposed to be a free e-file for fed. Have used Block software since 2011, and never paid a fee!!! So, had I sent a check to the IRS I would not have incurred any charges? If so, tell me that upfront. Very disappointed!!!!!

I needed assistance. I had a question. I called the 800 number. I was set up with tech control. My Case Reference was 21272670. The lady that assisted me was simply magnificent. She knew her stuff, was patient with me and solved my problem. I couldn't pronounce her name. She said it was an Arab name. Please promote her and give her a raise.

Generally I’m very satisfied with your product. This year was the first time my online submission of my state return was rejected and as far as I can tell there was no appropriate reason or error code to fix. Your message explanation that from time to time your system has trouble submitting form and to mail forms in defeats one of the main reasons that I purchased your produce for.

I've been using H&R Block software for years. In general, it is pretty good and meets my needs. It's lacking a little in the K-1 reporting area and there is no H&R support to help. Despite that, I think the software works well.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!
