Been using Block for 15+ years. Still has the same printing and other annoyances. The past 2 years did it for me. Switching to Turbotax.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

Have been using H&R Block Deluxe for nearly 8 years and have always been pleased with the service. Except, the last few years have been a little more difficult in clearifications of some of the steps. Resulting in not feeling so sure of the intuitive of the program.

Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
