Software worked good but I was submitting a refund on April 15th and kept getting an error message. After many tries it finally went thru.

Tax refund for 2023 has a set back. Had to wait for state (WI) software to be update for retire customer, plus had to resend all income to state to get the refund. Direct deposit from Federal did not work, because it need more specific deposit account number.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
