too long waiting for upgrade to file taxes on obam

Had to wait till March 1st to file taxes for niece because she had obamacare. She needed the refund which should have been ready Feb 1st at latest.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It asks questions out of sequence from the way people think and store info. For example, the first thing most people want to work on is income but its almost the last thing they ask about. ITS A COMPUTER PROGRAM! It doesn't matter how you put the info in, it organizes it. The most important thing is accuracy but the #2 thing is user experience -- Block does not do well in this aspect.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Hard to prepare

I have been using this product for several years and most of it is very helpful but every once in a while, because of some kind of special thing, it just leaves one on their own
