I've used this or some version of it for several years and it has always served me well. Relevant information is accurately carried over from year to year. The "interview" has alerted me to several rule changes that I would have missed.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

I use this software for my tax return many years and found it works greatly. Single issue I like to address here is that the text size is too small. As I am getting older, I gradually feel difficult to read the words. I hope that text size can be variable. Everyone can set the text size according to their own needs.
