I’ve used this software for years after switching from TT. Frankly, I felt TT was better at the time because they had embedded videos that were played throughout the process. But I switched to HRB because it was much cheaper and could YouTube the videos. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product. It can be a little buggy at times, but what software isn’t? So far, it has never let me down. Just have to be very particular to details making sure what I’m entering is being put into the tax forms correctly.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund

Used for many years . My only problem is the updates don’t work on my Mac . I have figured a fix for this .the updates work if you use Crome not safari. Please fix for next year ..
