Excellent features and ease of use. The only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars is that it does not handle both accrued interest and bond premiums as adjustments to bond interest income. The taxpayer has to create a work around.

While the survey method (answering questions that may or may not lead to additional question) of input has benefits, it is extremely awkward for making corrections or understanding what went into some of the numbers on the return. A reverse lookup feature (highlight the number on the return and source(s) of input can be identified or just highlight a line on return and where that info should be entered) can be very valuable and should be available.
Cons: Time consuming
