Never an issue with their software, easy to install, easy to navigate through all the areas of submitting taxes. My 81 year old mother in law did it for first time without my assistance! And usually a darn good price comparing to other suppliers of tax software.

Have been using this program for the past several years and found it easy to complete data entry because previous years data with payee information was carried over. Made minor edits where needed and entered current dollar amounts. Used federal e-file and mailed in state (Massachusetts). Received state refund before Federal refund. Someone told me to enter itemized data so charitable contributions would be carried over to state even though standard deduction was applied by program to Federal because it was larger.
