It was very easy to download and use. However I was unable to email my returns this year because it didn't accept my security codes. I used the ones I had but it just kept rejecting them. I had to mail in my forms.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents

Cost keep going up yet I still have go back repeatedly to correct "errors" that don't really seem to be there. In addition the "Deluxe + State" software charges you to file your state tax! Will be looking at alternatives this year.
