I ran it under water like it said before using but maybe I didn’t do it long enough because my phone fell from the mirror when I was using it to watch shows while doing my hair. Hasn’t happened again though

Because it is magnetic, if you stick it to a surface it will be stuck to the surface you put it on. And then you have to pry it off, then stick it back onto your phone

As someone who always has a movie or tv show playing, its been so nice to be able to stick my phone anywhere so its always at eye level. There has been no issues so far with the phone falling and it doesn't seem like there is going to be <3
