The internal speakers do not provide a robust sound and even at a max volume setting leave a lot to be desired. My solution was to connect external speakers with a woofer bass that allows multiple frequency adjustments. An irritant is the overbearing Microsoft sales pitch for their application products. There seems to be no avenue for deleting/canceling their popups. But, to the point, the HP laptop itself is a good fit for my intended use. I always look to HP as my first choice for laptop replacement.

After buying higher end HP Products for 20 years I have never been disappointed. While certain aspects of the numerous laptops were not always to my liking, purchasing them throughout the years I viewed the efforts to bring them up to date and make changes to accommodate users. Warranty issues were always addressed in a quick fashion which left me completely satisfied as well. I have yet to find a reason to go anywhere but HP for computer needs. My current purchase is no exception and it's always a joy to buy a new HP laptop.

PC works fine. Have Problems with all extra un-needed applications and startup crap. When using PC link to copy files from old computer, it copies files to one-drive and forcing me to by more space, i have a 2TB hard drive. That should have been plenty for all my files. I am dis-satisfied with buying extra products.
