The Laptop Would Not Connect To WIFI Not Mater What I Did, I Updated The Drivers And Updated, Windows 11 , I've Done Everything That I Found On The Internet Support Forms To Make It Work, Over An Hour On The Phone With Hp Tech And They Couldn't Get The WIFI To Work, (It Won't Connect To My Modem/router) Come To Find Out That My Router/Modem Was Too Old For Windows 11, Received New Router/Modem It Now Works Good

It would be better if it had a straight connecter on the power supply. The right angle cord gets in the way. The indicator lights would be better if they were on the front. No vents on the side, all on the bottom, so not the best for people that use it on their laps. everything else is great.

Fast, Fast, Fast. Load times, response times etc. This machine is a screamer!
To make this "the perfect home laptop" - permit an upgrade to the screen when ordering. Don't get me wrong, It is satisfactory as is but movies etc. would be much better to watch with a higher resolution (pixel) screen.

My first new computer in over 6 years, I stayed with HP because I really liked my Envy with the touchscreen. Unfortunately, I had to choose between storage and touchscreen, and storage won. So far I have liked it, it seems faster and is not crashing like my old one.
