I ordered my HP laptop thinking that i was getting an upgraded version of my old laptop. Unfortunately, many features of this new laptop are substandard. The camera installed on the laptop is not an IR camera, which is necessary to use the 'windows Hello' facial recognition security software; which is installed! The computer is clunky and the screen colors are not vivid. I would absolutely not buy this product again, despite the sale price.

Frustrating to use

My touch pad constantly freezes up and will not work for several seconds. This will happen several times a minute. Sometimes while using the touch pad, cursor begins to move erratically with no control until I lift from the pad. I can use a wireless mouse and the problem is no longer there. However, I use the touch pad frequently. Also, as I type, a letter may be entered three to six times when I tap the key only once. Does not seem to be any specific letter.

This laptop appears to be slow and needs higher amount of memory, at least 16GB straight out of the box, factory installed Win 11 OS. Factory built shipped with 8GB RAM to show cheaper price.
