This Laptop meets many needs, with good performance. It has a 256 GB boot SSD, a 1 TB standard hard drive for data (you do have to move the Windows user data folders here yourself; look up how to do that), a solid 11th generation Intel i7 Processor, 16 GB RAM, a nice Full HD 17.3" LCD (1920 x 1080), a black full size keyboard with a numeric keypad (it's not backlit, but it's good that it is black with white letters, which is easier to see than a silver or gray keyboard with letter colors that fade into the keys), gigabit ethernet, WiFi 6 AX201, Bluetooth 5, and a good basic web cam and mic combo built-in. It does not have a DVD burner, so if you need one of those, you'll have to get an external one. This can take care of many needs, including students, home users, office workers, and travellers. Understand that it does not have the video graphics a gamer would want. Overall, this is a good performing value Laptop.

I absolutely love my new laptop! The beautiful rose gold color and the size are great, and the speed is so much better than my last hp laptop. I really enjoyed customizing this laptop, and plan to do this again when it's time to upgrade again.

Great performer. Nice touch on keyboard. Great looking screen.
But only two UHB C ports and no port for a smart card. The work around is an inexpensive aftermarket USB Hub 3.0 High Speed Multi USB Splitter and an inexpensive aftermarket smart card reader. The setup works well but looks like a kluge. If the auxiliary parts get misplaced, functionality will be down until replacement dangles are purchased and delivered.
