We highly recommend this laptop, just make sure that you have apps ready to install, because this order has only the most core software.

Nothing saves on this computer except downloads. It is very frustrating!!! I cannot simply receive a document or a picture and save it where I want is while also naming it so I could find it. Some programs keep popping up asking to use them, but they all just want me to sign up for their service. Terrible!!!! All the computing power is not worth anything!

Several symbol keys were programmed to the wrong keys or not there at all. Getting in touch with someone to talk to a person is a joke. Finally got India and very rude.
