The product, like most HP Products is excellent. I found the location of the on/off button a little disconcerting-next to the delete button. I expect that at some point I will try delete something and instead turn the laptop off entirely.

It's a Cadillac. Sleek. Clean. Starts up + slows down FAST! BIG. NICE keyboard. Very little came with it in the box: electrical cord in 2 parts; 2 pages of brief instruction well illustrated, one in English, one in French. I'm French-speaking. :D Actual setup was simple + quick + smooth. The light aluminum frame confirms that it's A FIRST RATE LAPTOP.
