Very nicely put together. My only criticisms would be that the power button is hidden in the top row of keys and the "return" key is too small. Also would prefer black keys rather than grey ones as more of a contrast against the silver body.

I've owned HP computers before and always been extremely pleased. My previous laptop served me well for over ten years but it became unsupported so I had to move on. This new laptop lives up to expectations. Easy to set up and personalise. Sturdy construction but lightweight. And I love the large screen. Makes it great for watching a movie. The PC is fast. I only use it for browsing and some emails etc and seems a bit of a waste for just doing that. Makes everything a pleasure. Thank you HP for getting it right again.

1 star is too many. Screen was dead on arrival. HP must do zero quality control on their production line. How can you possibly ship a device to a customer that hasn't been given basic tests such as it displays something??

I'm mainly very satisfied with this laptop. It handles Office applications very well and I'm sure will be good at video editing. It was easy to set up. However, I'm disappointed that there is no RJ45 (Ethernet) port - I normally use wireless but I like having the option of a direct connection for when there's Wi-Fi issues, so will have to buy an adaptor. Also, I could use at least one extra full size USB port. I have a USB hub at home but at church I use one USB port for the mouse and a second for the remote, leaving none for a USB memory stick.

I bought this to replace my old HP which I have had since 2013 it was windows 8 upgraded to windows 10 and was now getting very slow. This is a far better laptop, still getting used to it.

I am a 3 week owner of this machine and, so far, am really pleased with the results. The machine is quick and does everything I need. The addition of Windows is excellent however McAfee is a pain however, this can be removed.
