When you update, I highly recommend you leave the laptop plugged in after the updates are installed then go through the hp app and re-update it from there. The laptop will not recognize its battery until you do so.

I’ve used the laptop a handful of times and the camera is already malfunctioning. The message I get is there is something impeding the lens, and I can see some type of material benibd there covering half of it. Ridiculous.

Love my Laptop. I'm just so excited to have an upgrade from my last laptop. Love the bigger screen and the keyboard. The only thing I might want different is the mouse pad on the laptop, it seems almost too seamless. I'm loving my laptop, thanks HP!

This HP Pavilion is definitely better than my prior HP. The keyboard and touchpad are much more responsive, and in my opinion Windows 11 is an improvement over my prior laptop's Windows 10. Setup was a downside; I could not get it to connect to my HP printer because it was an older device that HP no longer supported.
