Problem with Wi-Fi. Not working well.
Tried to reload the driver as well as updates with no improvement. Plenty of Wi-Fi signal to my other computer in the same area.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The sound sometimes goes out and comes back. I’ve had a few random black screens—in terms of wallpaper, but that has stop. The mousepad is a bit off too.. i’ve tried altering the sensitivity, but its just the mousepad. It isn’t honestly too much of a problem, but I’d probably rely more on a mouse. Those are all the errors i’ve encountered having it for less than a 6 months.

My new HP laptop was just what I needed. My dinosaur HP (had it for about 10 years) was on its last legs with the keyboard and while I could have just replaced the keyboard, I'm sure there would have been other issues eventually although the dinosaur was pretty sturdy; after all, it was also an HP. I refuse to buy anything but HP as other brands have failed me early into their tenure as an electronic companion and with HP, I feel safe, secure, and protected as a consumer.
