This 16 inch laptop was a good value for the sale price. The screen is bright and the keyboard is large. There are a few challenges that make it less than ideal. There is no RJ 45 network port. The number of USB A ports is very limited. One of the USB C ports is used for the power connection. Given the small number of USB A ports and the absence of a network port, we purchased a 13 port docking station to connect a USB printer, mouse, keyboard, LED light for the non-backlit keyboard and an RJ 45 network port. Those ports should have been included in the base configuration and an option for a backlit keyboard should have been as well. While convenient to have an HDMI port and a built-in camera, the utility of the laptop was significantly diminished by the small number of USB A ports and the lack of a network port.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First 16" laptop I've had. I like the extra vertical screen space and it fits my 15.6" bags and packs fine. This laptop has two high speed USB C ports which support charging, monitors, LAN and data connections. Just one cable from the docking adapter is all that is required to connect to all the required periferals. Rubberized keyboard is great. USB C charger is very fast.

Very nice laptop. I ordered through chat to get exactly what I was looking for. Took some time to find the right model and docking station that were compatible. The only extra software that came installed was McAfee which was easy to uninstall. There was virtually no setup to do after that other then install Office, install my other programs and move my files. Very good screen resolution. Very fast startup. Keys seem a little bigger or it's just the font used. Happy with my purchase.
