Affordable and fast. This is customizable by HP and I upgraded the RAM to 16GB and the video screen to 300 nits. The PCMover program was simple and moved everything pretty fast. The only thing I had to do extra was install a Windows 11 printer driver. I am happy, just remember everything can be customized and I didnt upgrade to a back-lit keyboard. No big deal but this isnt standard on this model. Great for everyday use, but wouldnt call this a heavy gamer or editing laptop. Also a Microsoft Office license is extra, but I bought the whole deal rather than monthly subscription. Some could just use google docs but Im still old school with some stuff.

I have been very dissapointed with the laptop. I replaced a 4 yr old laptop, that was made by a different company. I have been using more video conferencing, so I decided to upgrade my computing power. However, the laptop has been slower at every task. I have to wait for it to load every website, even ones I frequent. Sometimes 5 plus seconds. I might expect that if I had gotten the lowest budget machine, but this is a midlevel machine in which I upgraded the RAM and graphics.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It is everything you need for work from home small businesses. Don't like the touch pad there is not 2 tabs on the bottom and clicking doesn't always work. and the fact that they Microsoft shoves the stuff down at you. I don't like the Fact it comes pre-loaded with McCrafty Security they are the worst spyware out there.

Very fast Intel Core Ultra 5 processor. 14 cores and 18 threads. I love this new keyboard design with the rubbery keys. It is very solid and not flimsy like some previous HP laptops. Nice backlight too. Great 1080p screen. Laptop is not heavy. FINALLY: USB-C connector allows charging the laptop as well as screen, Ethernet and USB ports through a hub. Just plug in a single USB-C cable and everything in the office is connected. Very impressed. And I purchased it at a very competitive price.
