Excellent screen clarity and detail. This unit has great speed. FYI, my last unit is still running after about 11-12 years. These HP units are a solid investment!!!
Love the large HD screen, camera/microphone and the fast speed processor. A little frustrated with the keyboard as the layout is different from my old one. Still learning.
Ordering and shipping were fine and the shipping container was sufficiently protective. The physical setup was easy and initial startup and configuration was typical Windows. This is the first IntelCore5 I’ve owned; recent computers were all Core i7. Computer performance is as good or better than the i7’s. Internet connectivity is acceptable, and web pages render very quickly. This is my initial upgrade to Windows 11, and I have to say it’s a disappointing experience; it’s like the whole purpose of the Microsoft Edge browser, mainly the Microsoft Start window, is advertising and distracting content. I do like using the HP all-in-one.
Great performance, historically very reliable. Great value.

Great Operating Performance, Poor Stand Stability, and Lack of Wireless Keyboard Option

The following is summarized in the title of this review.
I ordered a customized configuration of this system that included the Intel i5 processor, 1 TB SSD, and 12 Gb RAM. I can't complain about this combination that provides fantastic performance. My hope is this system will serve the multiple users needs about 8 years as did the last hp All-in-One we purchased.
However, the screen stand is not stable, meaning the screen and computer can shake if there is table vibration or when powering the system on via the back power button. If I had known this was so flimsy, I would have thought twice about making the purchase. For hp's future consideration I recommend modification of the OEM stand. Short of that those considering this product configuration may want to purchase a sturdier stand to mount the All-in-One to before using.
Since I customized base hp All-in-One 27-cr0000t, I would have liked to see a wireless keyboard offered as part of the customization. Fortunately, I had one that my primary user, a physically handicapped person already owned, and it connected via Bluetooth without a hitch.
For the cost, I give this product a slightly better than average valuation.
Consider what you want in an AIO. Then ask lots of questions.

85 percent happy with purchase. What I like...screen size and brightness, tilt ability and up and down capability, and Windows 11, speakers and a clean desk area. What I didn't care for...camera (nice it's attached because one less wire) but I have to adjust the location of the AIO to see my full picture profile. Small number of inputs on the back, would have like to know that I wouldn't be able to use a CD without an external device. The AIO was so different from what I had.
