The case was great but the holster not so much, as the case doesn't fit snug and it keeps falling out.

I have bought the defender case for my last couple phones. I have always liked them, now with my new one for the pixel 9 pro xl I am disappointed I have had to replace my screen protector twice, because the case keeps pulling up the edges. Not sure if it is just my case or if it is a flaw with all the cases

Disappointed to say the least. I am used to a snug fit with the case to holster, this one is CONSTANTLY falling out. Not happy at all

The user manual and instructions are lousy...but you do need to read them first, before you kill your hands (or possibly damage the case) trying to get your phone into it. When you finally understand how to correctly open this case and put it together around your phone, it is amazingly well made and easy to use. This is one of the best cases Otterbox has ever made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
