Phone/Holster mating is very insecure. My phone has fell out multiple times due to very loose fit.

The user manual and instructions are lousy...but you do need to read them first, before you kill your hands (or possibly damage the case) trying to get your phone into it. When you finally understand how to correctly open this case and put it together around your phone, it is amazingly well made and easy to use. This is one of the best cases Otterbox has ever made. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
