Ultimate Clean for Smooth, Fresh Teeth Every Day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using the Oral-B iO Ultimate Clean refills for a while now, and I can confidently say they’ve taken my oral care routine to the next level. From the very first use, I could feel how thoroughly they clean — my teeth feel incredibly smooth and polished, almost like after a professional cleaning.
The bristles are firm enough to remove plaque effectively, but still gentle on my gums. I have slightly sensitive gums, so finding that balance is super important to me — and these brush heads nailed it. I also love the shape of the round head; it really hugs each tooth and gets into those hard-to-reach areas at the back of my mouth.
Another thing I appreciate is how long each brush head lasts. I brush twice a day, and even after several weeks of use, the bristles still hold their shape and effectiveness. Plus, the blue indicator bristles make it easy to know when it’s time to change.

We Run Through These for a Reason!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Everyone in my household uses the Oral-B iO system — myself and both of my children — so these Ultimate Clean refills don’t last long around here. The bristles are soft enough for sensitive gums but still leave our teeth feeling fresh, smooth, and genuinely clean after every use.
I appreciate the color-fading bristles. With three people using them, it’s helpful to have a visual cue instead of guessing or keeping track of who’s due for a replacement.
Price-wise, I think they’re fair for what you get. But how long they last really depends on your household. A 4-pack barely covers us. I usually go for the 6-pack — it keeps things simple and lasts a little longer.
Bottom line? These refills are reliable, easy to swap, and they keep our brushes doing what they’re supposed to. If you’re already using the iO, just do yourself a favor and keep a box on hand.

These heads work perfectly with the Oral-B iO Series toothbrush and are superior to standard ones, with a gentle yet effective bristle design that's comfortable on gums. They fit well, last a long time before needing to be replaced, and provide a thorough clean. Yes, they are pricey in comparison to some others BUT they’re excellent value for money spent!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These refills are compatible with Oral-B iO electric toothbrush handles. These does a descent cleaning job. When the color fades to white, it’s time to change. I usually change every 3 months. Hope it could be cheaper.
