This is my favorite brand! The Oral-B iO Sensitive Gentle Care Refills are soft and gentle which are really nice for my sensitive gum. It works great for brushing and cleaning my teeth without hurting my gum. Very good quality and well packaged. It's pricey but definitely worth it. I'd highly recommend it!

These Oral-B iO brush heads are outstanding. They’re incredibly gentle on the gums, which is so important for someone like me with sensitivity, yet they don’t compromise on cleaning power. The bristles feel soft but effective — you can tell they’re designed with real care and precision. I love how they reach all the right spots without ever feeling harsh or abrasive. My teeth feel polished and my gums stay comfortable, even with daily use. Truly the perfect combination of gentleness and attention to detail.

Best electric toothbrush!

The bristles are able to scrape away even at the hardest to reach spots without being too rough! No sensitivity for me which is such a win as I have a problem with VERY sensitive teeth! So excited that I have found a new system that works for me as my old toothbrush was ready to go!

I’ve been using these brush heads for a few weeks now and I’m very happy with the results. They are truly gentle and perfect for sensitive teeth and gums. Despite the soft bristles, the cleaning is still highly effective — no irritation or discomfort at all.

Another big plus is the shape of the brush head — it hugs each tooth and removes plaque even in hard-to-reach areas. After brushing, my teeth feel smooth and clean, just like after a professional dental cleaning.
The refills fit securely on the iO handle — no wobbling or slipping. I also like the wear indicator, which makes it easy to know when it’s time to replace the head.
I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking for a gentle yet effective clean, especially if you have gum sensitivity or enamel issues.

The soft bristles are gentle on your teeth and gums and let's you know when they need to be replaced by the change of color in the bristles. I didn't notice a scent on them, which is perfect for those sensitive to certain scents.
