Mattel really captured Elphaba’s image!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] OMG I was in love with the design of this doll the moment I laid eyes on her! I’ve been a fan of Cynthia Erick for a long time and I was so excited that Mattel was creating a doll of her character. The design is amazing and you can tell a lot of thought and effort was put into it. Her hair looks like actual box braids with the baby hair slicked down (lol) and the dark green freckles accentuate her eyes and nose. The fabric they chose for the dress and cape feels like good quality. I also like how the shoes, purse, and witches’ broom feels sturdy and durable. Fantastic job all around! This doll is definitely worth buying!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughters like this toy, they have loads of fun with it and the accessories, they said the only thing that would make it better would be if the doll could stand on her own rather it be different shoes or a different design (they do not care for the doll stand)

A great replica from the new movie

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Beautifully made Elphaba doll from the upcoming movie. My girls love witches and were excited to receive this item. Immediately they started playing with the doll and all of the accessories. The broomstick has been their favorite feature and they love posing her on the broom to pretend she’s flying. The cape has been really fun to use as well. The one downside is that the hat really doesn’t stay on her head well. My kids have taken to tying the cape around the hat which then balances it enough to stay on her head. They also haven’t used the stand for the doll as they’re having too much fun actively playing with it. The doll seems very well made and has been tossed around a lot without damage. They have really enjoyed playing with it and it’s held their interest.

Beautiful details in this stunning doll

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The deluxe Elphaba is so stunning my child didn’t even want to take her out of the box! The attention to detail that went in to the creation of this doll is just lovely. From the intricate tiny braids in her hair, to the gorgeous layers of fabric in her clothing she is beautiful. The accessories are well made and I would imagine will stand up to rougher play. My child was so enamored with her that she just likes to gently pose and look at her. The doll has provided a lot of great and gently imaginative play. I highly as a gift or collectible!

The sculpt of the doll looks just like the actress that plays Elphaba in the movie. Elphaba's accessories, which include a broom and hat, are high-quality as well. I'm very impressed by the quality and sculpt of this doll!
