Defective product needs to be replaced

I purchased this Samsung Jet 85 for a Christmas present in 2023 for my son and daughter-in-law. It is not 2 years old and the handle has cracked and is detaching from the base. This should not happen and I cant find on the web how to file a warranty/defective product claim for them. Also, my daughter-in law says it never gives a battery run time of an hour,as stated in the description, on the medium speed and doesn't pick up well, only in one direction. I forgot what she said if its going forward or backwards. For the price these things should not happen.I need a replacement.
