I just received my Crispi and only used it a couple of times cooking chicken wings. I LOVE it, easy to use and the wings turn out really great. On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 15. Great I took the chance to try it.

I just got it so that's why the four stars. I like that I can put my leftovers in the dish, pop the head on and heat it up and just carry the dish to my office and eat lunch. This thing is super quiet. I've tried all but the max crisp setting but this little guy delivers

Despite the numerous positive reviews and hype surrounding this product on TikTok, as well as my extensive collection of Ninja products, I was disappointed with my initial experience. When I used the product for the first time, it failed to heat up, resulting in my food remaining frozen. I thoroughly reviewed the instruction manual and attempted to troubleshoot the issue several times before deciding to leave this review. Regrettably, I have received a defective product.
