Good bike, poor after purchase support

I like the bike, but I was disappointed with the after purchase support. Their rigid policies belie their desires for customer care.

Great ride

Our 2 bikes came undamaged and were relatively easy to put together. They subsequently were out on the road the same day and we are having a blast with them.With this initial assessment I am very impressed with the build quality of the bike.

my grandson took his first trail ride with his new bike and 100 percent enjoyed it . nice ride battery life was great .defiantly a great choice !

I just got my Velotric Discover 1 and love it!! I love that it assists me when on a hilly terrain or I am running out of steam but in can still get a good workout! Putting more miles on and not afraid to try new routes since I’ve got the pedal assist if needed.
