Unique Item - Easy Build

I bought this to go with my wife's Disney Castle and to make sure she has Bambi, Dumbo and Walt for her set. Took only about a couple of hours to build. Not a fragile as I expected - the legs are fairly sturdy. And no stickers!

A Great Piece of Movie History

As a movie critic, I felt it best to decorate my office space with display sets and this came to mind. It is such an amazing piece of history celebrating the 100th birthday of the Disney company!

This set is impossible to pass up for any collector looking for something tasteful to display that has timeless appeal. I had a smile on throughout the entire building process and the minifigs can't be beat!

The LEGO Disney Walt Disney Tribute Camera set (43230) is a unique and beautiful set, ideal for Disney enthusiasts. It consists of 811 pieces and replicates Walt Disney's camera from the first Mickey Mouse cartoon, Steamboat Willie. The set includes minifigures of Walt Disney, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse, with excellent detailing. The camera, mounted on a tripod, has movable parts like a focusable lens and an operational shutter. It even includes a film reel that is along the camera. Wish the camera swiveled

This is a nice set, very nostalgic and some really good attention to details. The only thing I wish they would have done differently is to make it so the camera could be moved up and down or swiveled around on the tripod. The presence of the camera handle makes it seem like it should be able to move but then it doesn’t. It’s just a little disappointing to me.

Amazing set

This is hands down one of my favorite display sets yet and the build was an incredibly fun one. As a fan of Disney, Lego, and all around animation, I am absolutely in love with every detail, my favorite being the 3 panel background. My only complaint is that, after watching Disney's the Old mill, the scene in the set does not appear to be a part of the short.
