Poor quality

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in this product. It's all plastic and when using it that fact is VERY obvious! It feels like it could fall apart at any moment. I tried it first with 2" of snow and it just stopped every a few minutes. I had to constantly lean it back and manually turn the auger to clear it so it would start again. I have other Worx products that I love but don't buy the snow blower it's a terrible product!!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just stopped working first time using

Hey all
First snow storm of the season and was so happy to use my machine didn’t get halfway down the driveway it stopped and hasn’t worked since. Batteries fully charged machine is brand new lights go on but auger doesn’t spin
So disappointing
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Needs to be a little tougher.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this a few seasons now. Works well for a battery operated snow blower. The snow can sometimes be too heavy or deep for it but we have short season. The shoot could be tougher. This hole was created by an ice chunk. I don’t know if I can get a replacement
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good for Light Snow

I live in New England and bought this primarily for my front walkway which it handles fine. However, if there is a heavy or wet snowfall over 4 inches its really can't do the job and the batteries die quickly. Even in lighter snow, I literally have to push the snow wheels off the ground to clean down to the pavement. It would be nice if Worx came out with an equivalent to the EGO Power+ 24" or 28" snowblower for us northern climate dwellers.

Chute issues

Works well till the chute gears break. The main gear is small and cheap. It broke and unable to turn the snow chute. No parts list to order a new one. Disappointed. Check chute before running after sitting in the cold.
I would recommend this to a friend!

40 v power share 20 inch snow blower

I just bought this blower, and have not used it yet. The discharge chute is very hard to rotate with the crank. That feature is specifically the reason my wife wanted this blower, but it is disappointing not having this work well. Does anyone have this problem, or a way to correct it?

You will need to make sure the chute's arrows are lined up upon initial install. Also, be sure that the cotter pin is secured at the bottom of the turn wand. -JeakiaC.

Didn't work when I needed it

I bought this to do our sidewalk this winter the first day I used it. It worked OK the second day it ran for two seconds and stopped I shut it off started again ran for two seconds and stopped third time run for two seconds and stopped so then I just shoveled the sidewalk. I was not real happy with it and it hasn't snowed since so I don't know if it works or not.
