Works great on dry shin and is very smooth

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So up until last week, I had never heard of Duke Cannon products. However, I’m certainly glad this was one of the campaigns. I got the dry defense face lotion, and I do have to say, it does what it says, and is surprisingly hydrating for dry skin. For the last four days, I’ve applied it 2 to 3 times today and after my shower and it truly does seem to make a difference on my face. I’m not sure of the price point but I will be looking it up because I possibly will continue using this in the future. I am pleasantly happy with the effects of the lotion. The lotion is smooth and silky, and not greasy like some hydration lotions.

I thought this lotion was very hydrating and because it is is a semitransparent gel (not white) it blends in very easily. This is my first time trying any product from this brand and i will probably buy more!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like this lotion because it keeps my skin moisturize it contains aloe Vera which helps soothes dry skin even more . It also doesn’t give you a greasy feeling on your face. I definitely recommend.

Easy to Apply and Rejuvenates Your Skin

I love that it has hyaluronic acid and aloe vera to help with dryness. I like that the packaging has the ingredients on the side and that a portion of the proceeds go to help US Veterans.

Super absorbing and hydrating!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have never used a gel based face lotion before, but never again will I won’t! I love this stuff. It goes on so light, but feels so hydrating. No oily feeling or embarrassing weird shine after. I have always had really dry skin and have never had a lotion really absorb and last like this. Bonus that it really is 100% fragrance free! I especially enjoy this lotion after a shave. It feels so good and instantly soothes any kind of razor irritation. Of course I am always a fan of supporting our veterans and they say proceeds from every purchase go to our vets. God bless the USA!

My New Favorite Face Lotion!

This is my new favorite face lotion, and I use it every day after I shave in the morning or by itself on those days I don't feel like putting in the effort to shave. Really protects my face during the cold winter months. It's not greasy, and a little goes a long way.
Finally, there is no noticeable smell unlike some other brands. Highly recommended!

Good, but not great for *me*...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] And here's why... I'm realizing as I age, I suffer from very dry cheeks and nose. I work in a dry atmosphere. I live in a dry climate come Summertime. Through my research I've discovered that hyaluronic acid thrives off moisture and if it can't get it from the air or adding a moisturizer over it, it'll pull it from your skin and have a negative drying affect to your skin. I learned this the hard way. I have several incentivized items with hyaluronic acid and I always wondered why it seems like they dry my skin out. This is why. Unless you've done your research, you can't use it alone. At least I can't. You should always use it after a shower when your skin is damp. Some people will mist over it. I will need to add my daily moisturizer over it if I want to make the most out of it. With that said, for me, I prefer something simplified where it's a one step process. I can't knock this item because it's not what I personally need because I don't want the added steps. It's still good and will do as intended, but *I* can't use it on its own. My first time using it, my cheeks were dried out several hours later. Could be that I'm just sensitive to that ingredient. I'll continue to use it when I'm willing to pair it with something else, but for now I'll be sticking to my daily moisturizer.
