Very attentive and interested in fixing any problem. I thought the fork was leaking and they were ready to help but it wasn't leaking just looked wet on top from the sun hitting the top giving the illusion it was wet. Thanks for all the help!

Great bike

I’m 5’8 and could have been fine without the bar in the middle, but for now I stand on my toes when I’m not riding. It’s smooth, fast and heavy. I will say to load this it will take two people ( or one really strong person).

I appreciate the versatility of being able to utilize it as a conventional bike for my workout routine, while also having the option to switch to electric assist for running errands without exerting too much effort.

I’ve had this bike for 6 months and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been stopped on the street by person to ask where I got it and that it looks beautiful !The only thing I don’t like is that the top speed is capped at 20mph but k absolutely love how versatile and best bang for your buck this bike is!If you’re on the fence/looking for a discount code here you go! I am new to ebikes so I don't have much to compare it to! This bike is great, it does what it's supposed to do and looks amazing. I have always wanted a fat tire bike, I am glad I got an electric version of one because man are they hard to get going with the massive tires, the Nomad makes it effortless!
