Bike had countless problems and support did not help. They also take down reviews hence the 0 negative reviews on their site and countless complaints online.

Dual Nomads for the win! We live in the Denver, Colorado area and have miles and miles of all types of bike trails. We’ve hit a few hundred miles now in the first couple weeks of ownership. The mud did get the better of me on one rainy evening. Only one small issue with part of the LCD screen not displaying correctly. Support shipped out the replacement right away and we got it and swapped out in less than a week. My only wish is that there was a pedal assist level between Level 2 and 3, or even better make the levels customizable. The seats seemed not so comfortable, but adjusting the nose of the seat down helped a ton. The left side mirror is not great. Hafny bar end mirrors were an easy install and great upgrade.These bikes carve through hills like butter. It makes riding so enjoyable again! Great quality bike at a great price. I’m now sizing up a purchase of a Summit so I can ride more aggressive trails. Great job Velotric!

I am happy with the Nomad 1, except the battery did not install properly when I assembled the bike. I am waiting for replacement parts now. If the replacement parts take care of the problem, I will rate the bike 5 stars. If not, I will be very disappointed.

Velotric ebike is very well built, very easy to assemble and comfortable to ride, the pedal assist makes it very easy to pedal even against the wind or up hills.

Pretty darn good

I bought 2 Velotric models and BOTH are very functional so far, but neither one goes as fast at assist level 5 as speculated by the company. I, of course, live in Florida with no real hills so maybe they factor in downhill riding. Overall I'm pretty pleased so far.
