I love everything about this bike! I mostly bike on gravel roads and it handles like a dream! Can use with or without pedal assist depending upon how much challenge I want. Got the cyan color and it is beautiful! 10 out of 10!

I recently purchased a Nomad-1 with several accessories. The bike was very well packaged. It was easy to install and what a pleasure to ride. I have only had it about 2 weeks, but I can tell you I have ridden this in all terrains. Off-road, on road, hills, woods, trails etc.. This bike performs great. I can ride it for transportation, ride it for fun and ride it for exercise. This is an excellent all around, do anything e-bike. No buyer's remorse here!

I absolutely love the Velotric Nomad 1! Gf and I recently purchased, and we’re kicking ourselves for not doing it sooner. The power to take on all types of terrain, feeling like kids again!

There is nothing better then making a big purchase like this and finding out that’s is way better then your expectations. I’ve never owned an E Bike before. I just love this machine.

Extreme bang for the buck

I spent hours researching and decided to buy the Nomad 1. I wanted a fat tire bike I could add my golf clubs to to play golf and also use for trail riding. I just finished unboxing the e-bike and putting it together. The videos on how to unbox, assemble, align brakes, etc are clutch. The bike came in perfect condition without any defects or chips etc. Very thoughtful design in so many ways. 8 gears versus 7 makes a big difference when going fast. Easy to change assist levels while riding. There is some lag to the cadence sensor but it is tolerable. If the nomad had torque sensors it would be a perfect bike. Plenty of power on level 5 I was able to go 25.5 mph without pedaling. I added the rear rack, phone mount, and side view mirror. I got the front basket for free but it looks shallow and not sure it is worth the effort (have to relocate the front light). I will update this review after some extended use on different terrains. All in all I’m not sure this feature set can be found at this price in any other brand e-bikes.

I bought a Nomad 1 in January 2024 only because of TallHappyTV reviews. Matt does a great job reviewing many different brands and types of e bikes. And I felt the Nomad 1 was overall my best option. I am 6`3'" weight about 220 lbs and the bike fits me perfectly. I normally ride 75% of the time on throttle and use peddle assist taking off or on pulls. Have about 1,100 miles on it now with any major issues. I did put blue thread lock on most all of the bolts, and a few work loose, but I see that as normal maintenance. I highly recommend these bikes. I have ridding a few at double the price point, and they looked like a waste of money.I cant say how many miles they will go on a full charge, my max ride at one time has not been over 25 miles. But I still had battery left. July 2024 I bought another Nomad 1. Wife started riding the grey one and liked it, so we got another. Which I just got so it hasn't had many miles on it as of yet. Both bikes had the same annoying issue of the taillight wire rattling in the fender when you hit a bump. I thought at first it was the kickstand, but figured out it was the light wire. I had to take the fender off, but some silicone fixed it. Figured that out on the first one, so I did it on assembly of the second one.If you have any issues, Velotic responds and takes of you needs. I am sure happy that I didn't speed money on a Rad, and I thank Matt for that. Those bikes are weak and not built near as well. No buyer remorse with the first one. And why I bought the same bike again and not another brand.
