Great bikes!

Love the two bikes I recently purchased. My wife and I only use them on trails, logging roads, etc. Love the fat tires! Great torque. Handle great. The only negative is there is no suspension on the rear. Bought a couple of suspension posts to take care of that. Other than that no issues with about 40 miles on them.

Quality Beast...Nearly Perfect

Sturdy frame and tires, powerful motor for scaling long, steep hills and a battery that won't quit. Cadence sensor is tuned so you almost think it's a torque sensor giving a more bike-like feel. Integrated head and tail lights. You won't be disappointed. In fact, I bought two - one for my mixed terrain 10 mile commute to work and another for weekend rides with my wife or son. Only reason it isn't 5 stars is that there is no numerical readout of battery life, only a 5 bar indcator, which adds a bit of anxiety to long distance rides.

Upgraded Part at No Charge

They not only helped. They added more after I requested a change in the standard part. They gave me a new (upgraded part - I think). Then told me No Charge. What could be better?
