I bought two.They were easy to assemble, with only the tools and hardware included. They are very sturdy. (and pretty heavy).I have only ridden them about ten miles each, but they are a lot of fun and I have no complaints.

A Hill Climbing BEAST

I've had my Nomad for about a month and I am still taken by surprise by how much power she packs. After extensive research, I settled on the Nomad as a commuter vehicle because of its reported ability to climb hills. I live in the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia where even the foothills can sport gnarly inclines. So far, the Nomad has not disappointed.

The bike is great! Have taken it several miles since putting it together, with the step-by-step directions on video, which were great! Simple to use and you get used to how best to use the gear changes with the electric gears. Great ride though! Highly recommend this bike! I only took off one star because of the slight jolt of energy when starting to peddle, which you do also get used to. I do feel that Velotric will get this worked out soon though. Oh, and you cannot beat the price either!!!
