Great bike

We got 2, have put over 150 miles in 2 months, my sister and her boyfriend are now going to order a couple for themselves! I let her try mine and she is hooked we did order cloud 9 bike seats for the comfort of our behinds

It's a good bike at a good price! Assembly was easy and all components were in good shape when unpacked/ assembled. I'm enjoying the bike and it's a good ride!

Great bike for trails and roads

Just tried the bike on a 40mile ride across Henderson NV, along roads and trails. It handled very well through all paths and really appreciated its power on hills that I would never have been able to conquer on a regular bike. Very happy with the purchase and can't wait to ride around on other trails and enjoy the scenary.

Hill climber

The number one ability for me was how it climbs hills and this bike does that well. I'm really enjoying this bike and finally able to get around my neighborhood with the steep climbs with the motor power and fat tires. The battery life is good and I run it on assist 3-4 out of 5 and overall a comfortable ride.This would be 5 stars for me if it weren't for some minor nitpicks. The front brake makes a ticking noise and I've paid to have it inspected since they're brakes after-all and I was concerned with it. There's rattle from the back tire fender when going on gravel or anything bumpy that I can't seem to fix and the piece that secures the seat is not the most secure. I've had to tighten the one screw to the point of hurting my wrist to keep the seat from wobble and I'm not heavy at 150 lbs to be putting it through heavy support. I may replace it with a post like my mountain bike that has 2 screws.
