Excellent service and follow up. Velotric has done everything they can to ensure the problem I experienced was completely resolved. I like the bike the only critique I would have is the seat isnt the most comfortable I wouldnt call it uncomfortable just not the most comfortable also compared to similair e bikes the battery is sort of small but good bike overall
