A bike that lives up to the hype! Worth every penny and then some. My second fat tire ebike and its awesome. I live in so ca. desert. Ordered on sat bike arrived Tuesday morning. Best instructions and packaging EVER! Even I could assemble.

Packaged well. Instructions were clear and easy. The assembly was super easy and all tools needed were included. I’m very impressed with the quality, the power, and the ride. I bought 2 bikes and i am recommending to friends. I will order the rear racks soon. Very satisfied customer

Excellent workmanship and value. We purchased 2 and couldn't be happier. Have been exploring all the back roads and are expanding to local rail and biking trails. The range and easy operation are surprising, the miles just melt away. Planning an overnight glamping trip in the fall when the leaves change. Mark and Susan A. in Vermont.

Very pleased with the support I received in regards to the issue I was having with my bike. Support was responsive and solved the issue quickly. I was kept up to date on the process and how everything was moving through the warranty process. This is huge. Just the simple things of keeping people informed is so important and so easy to do. Great first E-Bike

Ordering and delivery timing was great. About 3-5 days. Packaging was good and the bike came without any damage or issues. Installation was very easy and straightforward. Needed a bit of help putting the front tire on but that’s about it. I really like the seat height adjustment as I have a 29 inch inseam. The step through version is a must for convenience. I live in Oregon and we have some steep hills and I took a ride in those hills and the bike made it up the hills no problem. Speed is very good and plenty for me. Very smooth and I really enjoy riding this bike.
