Ordered our 2 bikes and received them in 2 days. They went together easy and was nice that all the tools you need to assemble were included. Better instructions would be nice though. Very impressed with the ride and functions of the controls. Very happy

Overall I'm very happy with my purchase. The only thing that I found unusual was one of the accessories I purchased. In the accessories you will find a water bottle. But there are no cages for the water bottle. So I assume the cage came with the water bottle. I assumed incorrectly. No big deal, it just seemed like a bit of an odd marketing strategy.

Outstanding bike! Arrived early, easy to assemble. I watched the You Tube video before building it and it was helpful. The bike is easy and fun to ride. I’m tall, (6’6) and the bike fits well. My wife rode it and found it easy for her too. I ride it to the store and on bike paths near our home. It handles hills and rougher terrain with ease. If you wanted to use it to ride to work, it would be no problem. I added a rack to be able to carry stuff. Excellent value and lots of fun! I would definitely purchase it again.

Overall a great ebike. A bit heavy but very tough. Its top speed is much faster than you think! The one thing I will do is swap out the seat post. I bought this bike for my wife and between the seat post and handle bars it is a bit tight.
