Love my Nomad 1!

The Velotric Nomad 1 did not disappoint. It was love at first sight for the beautiful color (Sky Blue) and sleek, quality design. Really cool that the battery storage is built into the frame. My husband and I both got fat tire ebikes because of hilly, gravel and often bumpy roads. MyNomad feels very stable on the gravel and I sure appreciate the hydraulic disc brakes. And the power is amazing! I even find pedal assist-3 to be more than enough. I can trust this boke to take the hills like nothing and doesnt seem to use the battery quickly. My only disapointment is the poor suspension (at least on washboard roads). I might have to purchase a suspension seat post.Also the lack of a brake or turn signal light . But these are minimal compared to the obvious quality, stability, power and just plain beautyof this Nomad 1 Step through. I researched and chose it over an Aventon Aventure and would choose Velotric again! Kathy

The support was very good. I had a defective part that arrived with my new bike, and they quickly sent out a new replacement part that worked great. thank you for the quick response.

I love the bike. The step through version is exactly what I needed. It is well thought out and sturdy. It is heavy, so I need help lifting it.

So far I am very happy with my Nomad! Rides great and looks great also. Assembly was pretty easy. Seems to have plenty of power. Is of high quality.

I loved it the 3 times I was able to ride it until the right pedal fell off. I’m hoping this will be taken care of soon so I can ride it again.
