I made this purchase based on previous reviews. The Nomad 1 has exceeded my expectations. For the price it has the build quality of much more expensive ebikes! I did a lot of research and again so far there are no disappointments. I've yet to recharge the battery. I mostly peddle on flat terrain but occasionally use the motor just because. I've also done some lesser trails and gravel, those big tires are awesome.Thank you Velotric for an affordable and superior product!!!

The Nomad is great! I usually pedal in pedal assist 1 or 2. The ride is stable & the heft of the bike adds to my confidence in riding in the street. I love the Nomad. Was easy to put together with the help of the video from velotric👍🏾

This is my second Velotric bike. I purchased the Discover and have absolutely loved that bike. BUT I also saw reviews on the Nomad and had been having a tough time deciding which to buy. After riding the Discover for several hundred miles I realized that the Discover probably wasn’t going to be useful for me in the winter and we have 30 or so miles of multi-use trails in town so it made sense to buy the Nomad and now I have two excellent bikes. You cannot go wrong with either one but if I had it to do all over again I’d have gotten the Nomad to begin with but only because it’s more useful for off road and winter conditions. Consumer Reports lists the Discover as their highest rated bicycle in this price range, I am betting they’d rate the Nomad even higher because of the extra power.

The Nomad 1 is easy to put assemble. But the best part is riding it. This is my first e-bike. I went 15 miles before the battery indicator went down a notch. I did do a lot of peddling at first and then switch to throttle just to test the battery. I really like this bike and I am glad I chose Velotric.

My bike loses power after a bit of riding and no one can help. Endless emails back and forth with no resolution in sight. Very very slow.

My first time on this bike we, my husband and I, rode over 20 miles. So fun to ride and easy to operate. I am a 61 year old woman who works at home. I can not tell you the freedom and joy that this bike has brought me !! My husband bought a different brand the same time I purchased this bike. Both delivered the same day. Mine a 750W and his a 1000W. I had 3 bars and he only has 1 when we returned home a few hours later. His was returned the next Monday and a Velotric ordered in its place. It will be here tomorrow and we already have a big weekend planned. We have not been the “outdoorsy” types but now we are !!!

So much freedom! I went on a 30 mile trip through all sorts of terrain and it managed brilliantly!! Ive had 2 e-bikes in the past that were good, but no where near the Velotric Nomad. I also found a coupon code for it, REF60757, which makes it a decent bit cheaper! Worth every dollar I paid for it!
