Support was friendly and attentive. Reassured me that if there are any problems with delivery or damaged goods, that Velotric will take care of it. I still feel that by choosing Velotric, that I made a good choice.

Quick Part Replacement

Thank you for providing the replacement part. Your response to my inquiry was within hours and now the part is on the way. Love the bike and it allows me to go farther than I would normally go, as I know if I get tired I have the battery to bring me home. In fact I try not to use the battery unless it's a long upward hill. Can't say enough about the enjoyment I get from the ride.

Needs sturdier fender mounts.

Great e-bike! Only flaw are the fender mounts which are not rigid enough to hold the fenders steady on the dirt roads I ride. This creates a noise nuisance on my scenic rides.

Bike very well packaged , shipped and easy to assemble. So much fun to ride, it’s fast it’s very well made, very happy with my first few days and 25 miles.
