I’ve ridden it a couple times now and it has been wonderful. I’m generally a little wary of riding a bike but I am so comfortable on this and feel completely safe. It also feels like a perfect size for me (5’8”). Now I just wish there were specific baskets to go with it

Bought 2 bikes, one the front brakes did not work and the rotor was bent! The other bike has no power unless you are pedaling. The brakes were fixed at the local bike store, not sure what to do about the 2nd bike?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Best E-bike deal on internet. Great price for a quality bike. Fast shipping and good packaging. Bike came mostly assembled with a handy tool kit. Had to take bike to local shop to adjust brakes. The bike is very easy and fun to ride and looks good. Wish there was a chain guard and front basket available.

I love my new bike. It has been so fun to take out by our River Bottom Trails and enjoy nature. Easy for me to handle and runs smoothly.

Finally made the move and glad I did

Been looking for the last year at Ebikes. The Mothers’ Sale tipped me to Velotric. I’m 76 with a sore back. Needed upright seating this works great. Put almost 100 miles on it within a 10 mile radius to learn how and when to up & downshift and get the feel. Runs great, adapts to local traffic conditions with ease. Very seldom need level 3 assist. I’m very pleased!

Review. Love the quality. The front end was loose and I had to take it to a bike shop to be adjusted. Front light wasn’t working and the display screen was broken. But Velotric made an effort to resolve.

I like the style look of the bike. I have road it around my community, and so far it runs great. Excellent take off and speed. My main purpose was to commute to work for 20 minutes distance, but I yet test it. Thank you.
