Battery stopped charging after 2 months

I do not recommend this bike. The battery stopped charging after 2 weeks, and support has been giving me the round around for a month now. I left a 1 star review which was promptly deleted. Don't waste your money!!!!

My one bike has a rattle in the front . The one that you just sent me is extremely tight in the front area. Is there any way to fix the 1st one.

The bikes brakes are noisy, needs adjustments. The front shocks are not the best. The glass on display makes me uncomfortable (easily broken). The bike works great for price, looks good, minor concerns. Rides smoothly.

I love this bike. I’m 72 years old and can’t wait to ride every day. I ride around 10 miles a day and truly enjoy it. The bike is sturdy and well built yet very nice looking. I highly recommend Velotric! Get one and RIDE,

First ebike. I’m really enjoying it and going easy on the assist and throttle because it is so powerful. My husband is an experienced road biker and I’m smoking him on the hills.Assembly was easy. The computer was not packed well and was broken. But the company replaced it quickly and all is good. A big Thank You.

Outside of handle bar stem, things are going well. Was able to tighten down the "play" out of the box. But now it is loose again and can't tighten
