Extremely easy to use. No instructions necessary. Very intuitive. Solid materials and base. Sleek, clean, and modern look. Reasonably quiet compared to other blenders I've owned. It was smooth and calm and not loud at all. Used the ice blend mode and let it do it's thing. It blended evenly; no big chunks of ice. So far so good!

It was very easy to use and very powerful! The ice crusher feature worked increasingly well & was very strong and quick to break down the ice
