Missing Parts

I just opened my box and I have not used the Air Fryer yet.
I read the Manual/ User Guide to familiarize myself with the parts. Everything looks good, clean and new but the Probe Thermometer is not in the box.
How should this matter be handled? Is it possible to have it mailed to my home?
